Ag Communications Contest Schedule

Date: Friday, April 3, 2009

Report Time: 7:30 a.m.

Report Location: 3rd Floor, East Campus Union

Contest Length: 2 hours

 

A maximum of 26  teams will be allowed in this contest.  This will be on a first serve registration basis.

All students should bring . . .

• Pen or Pencil
• Paper for notes
• All News Story and Press Release writers must bring a Windows based, portable computer.  (A computer and printer will be provided to print out releases.)
• All contestants must bring a USB storage device (for transferring word processing files to main system for printing)

News and Press Release Students

Windows-based laptop with Microsoft Word (2 computers - one for each component of the event)
